Red-Zoned Systems in the 3rd Imperium

I was playing around with some Imperial systems to see which were red-zoned. So here are some red circles to look at. The bigger they are, the bigger the population is.

    That was interesting. No red zones in the central Sectors.

      I was thinking maybe the core sector area is well established and functioning without drama? Or its edge sectors are its buffer?
